If you're using something else, just ask, it's almost certainly supported.
Do I need a Power BI Pro license?
To share dashboards with others in your organization, yes, Power BI Pro costs $10/user/month. For a personal dashboard only you will use, the free version is sufficient. I'll advise you on the right setup for your situation during our discovery call.
Will I be able to maintain the dashboard after you deliver it?
Yes, that's a core part of how I work. Every project includes documentation explaining how the data model works, what each DAX measure does, and how to make common updates. I build so that you're self-sufficient, not dependent on me for every change.
